My Cards To Trade

Cards to Trade helps the user keep trade of cards they would like to trade.

Card Search by Number: If you know the number of the card you are looking for, this would be the be the quickest way to find the card.

Card Search by Name: As you know the same card is found in multiple sets. When searching by name, the database will show the card once for each of the sets the card is found in.

Card Search by Color: This is useful if your looking for a card that may be part of a particular color grouping.

Card Search by Set: This is very useful if your looking up card sets and you need to know the cards in that set.

Sort Alphabetically: On the Toolbar you will find to buttons that allow you to sort your data. Place the cursor in the field you want sorted and press the button that sorts either ascending or descending.

Navigations Buttons: The Navigation buttons are used to move from one card file to another. The buttons include First, Prev, Next and Last. These buttons do exactly what they say. Prev & Next will move one card at a time, Last will move you to the very last record and First will move you to the very fist record.

Mini Navigation Buttons and Record Count: These buttons do the exact same thing as the navigation buttons, but have more functionality. If you hold the button down, the database will cycle through the cards at a rapid rate. This area will also show you what record your on and how may records are in the selected filter. In the field that shows the record number, you can change that number and go straight to that record. If you pick a number outside the filtered set you will get an error message telling you you’ve picked a record outside the available records.

Card Info Tab: The Card Info tab is where the basic information for the card is located. This information includes:

  • MYu-Gi-OhID: is the ID of the card in the database.
  • Card Number: this is the printed number of the card
  • 2nd Number: this is the secondary number found on the lower left hand corner of the card.
  • Card Name: the name of the card.
  • Card Color: the color of the card, Blue, Green, Orange, etc…
  • Card Set: the set the card was sold in (i.e. Ancient Sanctuary, Gravekeeper's Servant, Rise of Destiny, etc…)
  • Card Type: the type of card, Monster, Spell, God, Trap or Tip Card.

Additional Info Tab: This is where the descriptive information that is printed on the card is displayed.

  • Card Description: This is the information that is printed on the lower part of the card.
  • Additional Information: As we do our research on the different cards, as we find interesting information about the card, we place it in this field.

Rarity: There are several classifications for cards: They are

  • Common
  • Fixed Deck
  • Parallel Rare
  • Promo
  • Rare
  • Secret Rare
  • Short Print
  • Super Rare
  • Super Short Print
  • Ultimate Rare
  • Ultra Rare

Monster Info Tab: This tab is only visible when the card is a Monster card. The information on the screen is as follows:

  • Monster Type
  • Monster Attribute
  • Card Level
  • Attack Points
  • Defense Points
  • Card Tribute

Spell Info Tab: This tab is only visible when the car is a Spell Card. The information on the screen is as follows:

  • Spell Icon
  • Cost
  • Card Requirements
  • Magic or Spell

Trap Info Tab: This tab is only visible when the car is a Trap Card. The information on the screen is as follows:

  • Trap Icon
  • Trap Requirements

God Info Tab: This tab is only visible when the car is a God Card. The information on the screen is as follows:

  • God Type
  • God Attribute
  • Level
  • Attack Points
  • Defense Points

Clear All Search Criteria: This button is used to clear any search criteria that has been entered. Allows the user to get back to the point where all cards can be seen.
